The smartphone models Vivo Y73 2021 and Vivo V21e 5G were reportedly discovered in Google Play Console lists. Vivo Y73 2021 was also spotted on an alleged IMEI list that stated the model number V2059. Vivo V21e was launched in Malaysia last month along with the Vivo V21 5G and Vivo V21. Now it is expected that a 5G variant of Vivo V21e will be worked on, which could soon be rolled out worldwide. Vivo has not disclosed any information on any of the phones.
The moniker Vivo Y73 2021 has been confirmed by an alleged IMEI database listing linking it to the model number V2059. This model number was found on a Google Play Console listing that indicated some of the specs. The phone can be started with the MediaTek Helio G90 SoC (MT6785), 8 GB RAM and a Full HD + display (1,080 x 2,400 pixels). It will likely run Android 11 out-of-the-box. The Google Play Console list was discovered by 91Mobiles.
On the flip side, Vivo V21e 5G was spotted on a Google Play Console list by MySmartPrice. It shows that the phone can have the MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC (MT6833V), 8 GB of RAM and a Full HD + display (1,080 x 2,400 pixels). Android 11-based Funtouch OS 11.1 is also expected to be running.
The 4G variant of Vivo V21e introduced in Malaysia is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G octa-core SoC with 8 GB of RAM. It has a 6.44-inch Full HD + AMOLED display (1,080 x 2,400 pixels). It includes a triple rear camera directed by a 64-megapixel primary sensor. It is unclear what similarities the 5G model will have with the 4G variant, but it is likely that Vivo V21e 5G will keep the triple rear camera setup among other things.
It should be noted that Vivo has not yet shared any information about Vivo Y73 2021 or Vivo V21e 5G. Therefore, this information should be taken with a pinch of salt.
