And so the puzzle ends! If you’ve been following the latest talk of an upcoming budget-conscious Samsung tablet called the Galaxy Tab S7 FE, there is some good news for you – the device has finally officially launched. Right now it’s listed on the Samsung Germany website, with all product details and prices in tow.

12.4-inch QUXGA display, 45 W charging and an asking price of 649 euros.

Starting with the design, similarities to the Vanilla Galaxy Tab S7 are evident, meaning you get premium all-metal construction, AKG-tuned stereo speakers, slim bezels, and 5G support. The largest downgrades include a stepdown from a flagship processor, a single rearview camera, and an LCD display instead of an AMOLED panel you can find this on the more expensive Galaxy Tab S7 and its Plus version. The color options look like we’re getting Mystic Silver and Mystic Black embellishments.

Now let’s talk about the specs. You get a 12.4-inch display with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels that can produce 16 million colors. There is no high refresh rate magic to be seen here, however! That is the focus The Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G octa-core processor works alongside 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of onboard storage. However, the microSD card slot allows you to add an additional 1TB of storage to store your files.

There is an 8-megapixel sensor in the back of the camera department, while video calls are handled by a 5-megapixel front snapper. NFC is not part of the package, while a 10,090 mAh battery keeps the light on. Interestingly, the tablet has support for 45W fast charging. With regard to the 5G support provided by the Galaxy Tab S7 FE, only the sub-6 GHz standard is mentioned in the data sheet and not the faster mmWave band.

Now the most important part – how much money will this tablet evaporate from your bank account? Samsung will sell the Galaxy Tab S7 FE for 649 euros (~ approximately $ 790), but details of its launch in other markets, particularly the US, are not currently known. The tablet comes with a free 6 month subscription to Clip Studio Paint, and the S Pen will also be part of the package.
