Update April 23, 2021: Xiaomi presented the Mi 11 Ultra in India. It costs less than the global variant in the country. The only 12GB RAM + 256GB model costs INR 69,999 in India, which is roughly $ 935. The smartphone competes against OnePlus 9 Pro and Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra.

Xiaomi has added the ultimate offering in its Mi 11 range with the Mi 11 Ultra. The smartphone has top-notch specifications – the numbers on the data sheet are maximized as much as possible. For example, you get a flagship SoC, an AMOLED display with a WQHD + resolution, a 50-megapixel and two 48-megapixel cameras, super-fast charging and much more!

The Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra is equipped with a 6.81-inch dot display with four curves at an aspect ratio of 20: 9 and a pixel resolution of 3200 x 1440 at 515 PPI. You get a peak brightness of 1,700 nits, a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a touch sample rate of 480 Hz. In addition, the refresh rate is adaptive – it can be up to 30 Hz and up to 120 Hz with 60 Hz and 90 Hz in between. It also supports Dolby Vision, HDR10 + and is under the protection of Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. Besides, it’s IP68 for dust and water resistance.

You also get a 1.1-inch AMOLED display on the back of the camera module. However, the phone is on the heavier side at 234 grams. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC is located under the hood. It’s paired with 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The smartphone has three-phase cooling technology for better heat dissipation.

In terms of optics, the Mi 11 Ultra has a triple rear camera of 50 MP + 48 MP + 48 MP. The primary 50 megapixel camera supports OIS and laser autofocus and has a sensor size of 1 / 1.12 inches. It can shoot up to 8K. Then comes the 48-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens with a 128-degree field of view and support for 8K and macro shots. In addition, the 48 megapixel telephoto lens can also record in 8K. It supports 5x optical zoom, 10x hybrid zoom and 120x digital zoom. There is a 20MP selfie shooter on the front.

The Mi 11 Ultra has a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging, 67W wireless charging, and 10W reverse charging. You also get two speakers tuned by Harman Kardon. There is also an IR blaster.
