The launch timeline for Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3, Galaxy Z Flip 3, and Galaxy S21 Fan Edition (FE) was released in a report. According to the report, the smartphones could be launched in August 2021. If so, Samsung would launch two of these three smartphones earlier than their predecessors. The Galaxy Z Flip was launched in February 2020, while the Galaxy Z Fold 2 was launched in September 2020 and the Galaxy S20 FE was launched in October 2020.
The schedule for the launch of the three Samsung smartphones – Galaxy S21 FE, Galaxy Z Flip 3 and Galaxy Z Fold 3 – was set by the South Korean news agency Yonhap. As already mentioned, the launch schedule for the three smartphones should be August 2021. The report cited industry insiders citing the reason for the earlier than their usual launches to offset the fact that the Galaxy Note series is expected to be skipped this year thanks to chip shortages. However, there is no official information from Samsung about the phones or when they would launch.
According to a previous report, the Galaxy Z Flip 3 will be launched on August 3rd and will cost between $ 999 (around Rs. 73,000) and $ 1,199 (around Rs. 88,000). The clamshell foldable smartphone may also support the S Pen stylus. It is also equipped with 15W fast charging. Recent leaked images show that the smartphone may have a two-tone color scheme that includes the second display.
Another report claims the Galaxy Z Fold 3 comes with an under-display selfie camera and support for S Pen – albeit a hybrid camera. Samsung may offer the smartphone in three color options, namely black, dark green, and silver.
Previously, the well-known tipster Steve Hemmerstoffer alias @OnLeaks had pushed the design of the Galaxy S21 FE. The design is expected to be similar to the Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S21 + smartphones. A report also claimed that the Galaxy S21 FE will have a 4,500 mAh battery – larger than the vanilla Galaxy S21 with a 4,000 mAh battery. After all, Samsung may already have started production of the Fan Edition smartphone for 2021.
