Redmi Note 10 5G may be launched in China soon. Alleged TENAA listing suggests

Redmi Note 10 5G may soon be launched in Xiaomi’s native China. A phone, presumably the Redmi Note 10 5G, launched worldwide earlier this month, was discovered by a well-known tipster on the certification website of the Chinese regulator TENAA. The phone is expected to come with a refresh rate of 90 Hz and a large 5,000 mAh battery with support for fast charging. It seems to have the same specs as the global variant of the Redmi Note 10 5G.

According to the post by well-known tipper Digital Chat Station (translated) on Weibo, a Redmi phone with some pictures and specifications was discovered on the TENAA website. Although we couldn’t check the TENAA listing, the tipster claimed that this Redmi 5G phone will come with a 6.5-inch LCD display with a refresh rate of 90Hz that has a hole-punch cutout in the top center. The phone is also expected to come with a 5,000mAh battery that supports 22.5W fast charging.

These are pretty much the same specs as the global variant of the Redmi Note 10 5G, which launched earlier this month. Of the specifications shared by the tipster, the only difference is the support for 22.5 W fast charging, as the global variant with 18 W fast charging was introduced. If the Redmi 5G phone listed on TENAA turns out to be the Redmi Note 10 5G, it will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC, has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and supports 5G dual SIM.

The images released by the tipster show a design that looks exactly like the Redmi Note 10 5G with triple rear cameras, which can include a 48-megapixel wide-angle camera, a 2-megapixel macro camera, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. There could be an 8 megapixel selfie shooter on the front.

So far, Xiaomi has not officially published any information on the Chinese version of Redmi Note 10.
