Over the past year, POCO India brought a lot of inexpensive equipment to India, sold well and recently continued with the POCO M3. After the device’s initial sales data has been released, the company is back with more details.
In a tweet, POCO India has confirmed that the POCO M3 has sold over 500,000 units in India. The company also said the device did this in just 45 days from its first sale. Previously, the first sale had clocked over 150,000 units, which is a respectable number when you consider that the device is exclusively limited to Flipkart.
POCO India became the third largest online smartphone brand in the country late last year. Thanks to devices such as the POCO C3, POCO M2 and POCO X3, the company has managed to exceed expectations every time.
With the resurrection of the flagship killer in the form of POCO X3 Pro, all previous sales records can be broken in the near future. The company has a new “Made of Mad” mascot to take on the competition and is likely to have plans to keep adding to its portfolio.
